What payment methods do you accept?

  • Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Discover, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. We do not accept mailed payments, checks, gift cards, money orders, or wire transfers.

Do you charge a fee for custom orders?

  • We charge 18%

How much do you charge for a rush orders'?

  • We charge $30.00

When will my order ship?

  • 1 business day.

Where is my package? 

  • All orders come with a tracking number which you can use to track your package. Do not call us about tracking unless its been 7 days. During December or Christmas Holidays please allow for 15 days before calling.  

My order is missing or damaged, what should I do.

  • All priority mail shipments come with insurance; please take your damaged package to your local post office and file your claim. USPS no longer allows us to file claims on your behalf.

What is your return policy?

  • 14-days.

We have the time and resources to file criminal and civil cases with the district attorney's office in the buyer's city. In addition to those actions, all debts will be sent to collections and your payment information will reported as fraudulent to all bank and credit databases.
