When will my order ship?
- 1 business day.
Where is my package?
- All orders come with a tracking number which you can use to track your package. Do not call us about tracking unless its been 7 days. During December or Christmas Holidays please allow for 15 days before calling.
My order is missing or damaged, what should I do.
- All priority mail shipments come with insurance; please take your damaged package to your local post office and file your claim. USPS no longer allows us to file claims on your behalf.
What is your return policy?
